Terms of service and Liability Waiver
By participating in any activities organized or facilitated by Hand and Hand Community Events, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation and Conduct:
All participants, including children and accompanying family members, agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Company during the event.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times during the event.
2. Assumption of Risks:
Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in activities may involve certain inherent risks and hazards. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage.
By participating, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.
3. Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, participants, including their family members, hereby release, waive, and discharge Hand and Hand Community Events, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, partners, owners, and the venue from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or related to participation in the event.
4. Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hand and Hand Community Events, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, partners, owners, and the venue from any and all liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from their participation in the event or any breach of these terms.
5. Photography and Media Consent:
Participants understand that photographs, videos, or other media may be taken during the event, and they consent to the use of their likeness for promotional or marketing purposes by the Company.
6. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7. Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the event and clicking "submit" or otherwise indicating acceptance of these terms, participants and their family members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms of service and liability waiver.
